Printing Methods
SUBLIMATION
Sublimation is a full-color printing process where your design is transferred onto fabric using heat and pressure. The ink becomes part of the material, so it won’t crack, peel, or fade easily. Best for polyester sportswear—bright colors, sharp details, and long-lasting prints.
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is made by stitching your logo/design directly into the fabric using high-quality threads. It gives a premium, raised look and is very durable for long-term wear and washing. Best for logos on polos, hoodies, jackets, caps, and team gear.
TACKLE TWILL
Tackle twill is a layered fabric appliqué used for bold names and numbers, stitched onto the garment. It gives a premium, thick, raised look and holds up great for game use and heavy washing. Best for football, baseball, and varsity-style jerseys.
SCREEN PRINT / PUFF
Screen printing applies ink through a stencil (screen) directly onto the fabric for a clean, bold finish. It’s durable, cost-effective for bulk orders, and great for simple logos and designs. Best for cotton tees, hoodies, and team apparel with solid colors.
