Refund & Returns

Thank you for choosing RTN SPORTS. All our products are custom-made according to your specifications. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Orders

• All products are made according to your approved designs, sizes, colors, logos, and specifications.

• Because of the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving mockups carefully before production.

• Exceptions: If an error occurs due to RTN SPORTS (wrong design, defect, or incorrect item), we offer a return or refund.

2. Sample Orders

• Samples are provided for quality testing and cannot be returned or refunded.

• Exception: If there is a design or manufacturing issue with the sample, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our mistake:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos, order number, and a description of the issue.

• After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

4. Size Issues

• Products are manufactured based on the sizes provided or approved by the customer.

• RTN SPORTS is not responsible for sizing mistakes if incorrect sizes were submitted or the approved size chart was not followed.

• Please review the size chart carefully before confirming your order.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders may only be canceled before design approval and before production begins.

• Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.

6. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is caused by RTN SPORTS.
