All products are manufactured according to the customer’s approved:
Designs
Sizes
Colors
Logos
Specifications
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving mockups before production begins.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after design approval and payment confirmation.
Production begins once payment terms are fulfilled.
Payments are non-refundable once production has started.
RTN SPORTS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing
All prices are quoted based on:
Order quantity
Customization requirements
Materials used
Shipping destination
Prices may change without prior notice until the order is officially confirmed.
5. Production & Delivery
Production timelines vary depending on order size and complexity. Estimated timelines are provided before order confirmation.
RTN SPORTS is not responsible for delays caused by:
Customs clearance
Shipping carriers
Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
6. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or designs provided to RTN SPORTS.
We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted designs.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability
RTN SPORTS shall not be held liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits
Delays beyond our control
Incorrect sizing provided by the customer
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
